Ccleaner is one of favorite Registry Cleaner. I always clean my PC after disconnecting internet using ccleaner. It is really great tool.

CCleaner is definitely a great program. The one thing I would recommend people do before cleaning their registry, however, would be to back it up. There are instructions here () on how to back up your registry for Windows 7. This way, if something goes wrong, you can always go back to your last working point in time.
I’ll have to agree I use registry cleaner CCleaner all the time.. if it starts running slow it always increases performance.
